LEGL 6500 - Employment Law
Laws prohibiting employment discrimination based on race, gender (including sexual harassment), religion, national origin, age, and disability, with an emphasis on avoiding unnecessary liability. When this course is taught as a split level, additional requirements for graduate students: Graduate students will be required to present orally to the class, and to the professor in written form, detailed coverage of a specific area of discrimination and recommendations.
