MGMT 7120 - Operations Management II
Traditional, total quality, just-in-time, and constraints management philosophies applied to services and manufacturing. Operations management is the integration of these philosophies and takes a systems perspective to long- and short-range planning, scheduling, executing, controlling, and measuring operations and related functions in providing effective business processes to achieve organizational goals. Non traditional format: For two-year MBA students.
