Laws prohibiting employment discrimination based on race, gender (including sexual harassment), religion, national origin, age, and disability, with an emphasis on avoiding unnecessary liability.
When this course is taught as a split level, additional requirements for graduate students:
Graduate students will be required to present orally to the class, and to the professor in written form, detailed coverage of a specific area of discrimination and recommendations.
