LEGL 4200 - Law and the Entertainment Industry |
A comprehensive study of the legal issues confronting the entertainment industry. Segments of the industry that will be covered include music, motion pictures, television, and sports. Particular emphasis will be placed on intellectual property and contract/licensing issues, while also covering agency, antitrust, labor and employment, and tort law.
